First Halo 4 screenshots emerge, don't show much

It's the Chief!

Two images, reported to be in-game screenshots from 343 Studios' Halo 4, have emerged online via Gamerlive.tv. They come ahead of an expected official release today.

The screens don't show much - just the Master Chief, armed with the trusty Halo Battle Rifle. Halo 4 Assistant Director of Photography Paul Featherstone claimed that the pics are "100% untouched" using a"debug cam with in-engine Depth-of-field".

More details (and pics) are expected later today.
